HOW DOES IT WORK?

RENT

Choose your dress from hundreds of different options, mark your size and determine the delivery date. Rental period is 4 -6 days. (We suggest you make your reservation at least 48 hours before your event.)

WEAR

Your order will be delivered to the address you stated on the planned delivery date until 5:00 p.m. with MNG Cargo.

SEND BACK

Wear, use, be the sharpest of the night! Ship your order to our address with our original dress cover. Leave the rest to us. Dry cleaning is from us!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DO YOU RENT DRESSES OUTSIDE ISTANBUL?

We rent dresses to all cities in Turkey. Our rental period for cities outside Istanbul is 6 days and since shipping periods for some cities may differ, we suggest you do your rental process at least 48 hours in advance.

WHAT DO YOU SAY TO SMALL DAMAGES AND SHEDDING?

Do not worry about possible damages or sheddings. We understand that some incidents are inevitable. Small damages and sheddings are taken care of by our tailor.

HOW LONG CAN THE RENT BE SUSTAINED?

Our rental period (4 - 6) is 4 days for Istanbul and 6 days for cities outside Istanbul. You may receive the dress you rented 1 day before the date you'll wear, in special cases, 2 days before the date you'll wear. If you want to extend the rental period, you will have a payment for the extended day proportionate to the rental fee of the dress.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN THE DRESS THAT I RENTED?

When you pay for the dress you rented, our return and refund process must be within 24 hours. After 24 hours, no refund can be done. The same procedure is valid if your event is cancelled. No refund will be done after 24 hours is passed and you have the right to use the amount you paid within 6 months.

Elbiselerimizin hepsi sigortalı olup sigorta elbiselerde ki hasarları, yırtıkları, yanıkları ve dökülmeleri kapsamaktadır. Kayıp ve çalınma durumunda resmi bir tutanak gereklidir. Tutanak olmadığı durumlarda elbisenin satış fiyatı (kiralama bedeli değildir.) üzerinden ödeme müşteriden temin edilir.

WHAT ARE THE SANCTIONS TO THE CUSTOMER WHEN SOMETHING HAPPENS TO THE DRESS?

All of our dresses are insured and the insurance covers damages, rips, burns, and sheddings on the dresses. An official report is required for loss and theft. When there is no official report, payment is taken from the customer over the sale prices (not rental price) of the dress.

SHALL WE BE WORRIED ABOUT THE LENGTH OF THE TALL DRESSES?

You may have your tailor shorten the lengths of the dresses with fabric stabilizer and stitch. Other than this, no narrowing or widening modifications that will ruin the authenticity of the dress.

WILL MY ORDER BE SENT ON TIME? / WHEN WILL BE MY ORDER SHIPPED?

We guarantee you that your order will be delivered until 17:00 on the delivery date. You will be informed via e-mail and SMS after your order is shipped and the tracking number will be shared with you. You can track where your order is with the tracking number. Your order will be shipped in a way that will be received by you one day in advance. 

Delivery dates for cities in Turkey may differ and will be shipped maximum 2 days in advance. For this reason, if you would like to do changes regarding the product we should be informed 72 hours in advance.

ARE THE DRESSES NEW?

Not Enough Dresses For Many Invitations also gives place to the new season products of world brands. We are extending our product range day by day with our collection that is renewed once every 3 months. Our products are subjected to a strict quality control and are cleaned with first-grade organic dry-cleaning service.

HOW LONG BEFORE SHALL I PLAN MY RESERVATION?

Due to limited use and the risk that the dresses may be rented before you, you need to make early reservations at least 48 hours in advance. You may rent for at most 3 months after your event.

MAY I CHANGE MY ORDER? / IF I CAN CHANGE, HOW LONG BEFORE SHOULD I INFORM?

The availability of the dress for the date you'll wear is checked first for the product that you want to change the order of. For being prepared and shipped to you after confirming availability, we need to be informed at least 3 days in advance.

WHAT ARE YOU PAYMENT METHODS? / MAY I PAY A PORTION OF MY ORDER AND PAY THE REST WHEN I WILL RECEIVE?

Our payments are done via Credit Card or Transfer system. We do not have down payment system. The full payment is taken to preserve the dress.
